I primarily use Cedar Sage for smudging my person. I find it very grounding and it helps me to settle into my meditation practices. It's also said to promote prosperity.

Ok. This one is my favorite! I honestly don't smudge a lot with it but it would be excellent for that. I use it to repel mosquitos. Get it smokin' and the mosquitos are gone.
