Work is H. A. R. D! You feel like throwing in the towel because your insecurities are running amuck, but now is not the time. Really look at what's holding you back. Is this something you can overcome today? If so, nip it in the bud before it grows unmanageable. If it's not something you can do, call in the reinforcements! You have a support system. Let them support you. Your "Team" has been training for this their whole lives! Nurture that relationship and let them love you.
I know you think it would be easier to go it alone but remember that deep introspection doesn't have to happen alone. No one is willingly an island. Trauma and disappointment made us one. It's time to move past this coping mechanism. The hermit life no longer serves you.
